In any business, it’s common that mistakes will be made. We explore some of the more common mistakes made by new real estate licensees and also those who have been in the real estate business for many years. We will also discuss resources that are available to help avoid these mistakes. Also included is an ethics course that will also satisfy the 2018 NAR requirement. A licensee who understands the concepts and values put forth by the Code of Ethics is better prepared to work with the client on the day-to-day issues that arise in the process of any real estate transaction.
