Amy Zanzinger

Administrator

With the strong desire to be self-employed, Amy and her brother Jeff decided to focus their skills pioneering online continuing education for real estate professionals. It's been 20 years since making that decision and she’s never looked back. Some of her favorite things to do on her "off time" are reading, gardening, and cooking. She has lived all along the east coast states, as far north as Plattsburg, NY down to Miami Beach and as far west as Texas. She hopes to visit and see the majestic west coast soon.

Cindy Emery

Curriculum Development

Unlike her co-workers, Cindy's roots are located in the New England states, living with her family for the past 18 years in New Hampshire. Although, as every year passes by, she wishes for the warmth of the sun that her Tennessean friends enjoy. During her younger years, she worked in administrator/managerial positions until she joined RealEstateCE.com. She and her husband have four beautiful children. During her free time, Cindy enjoys embroidering, quilting, reading, cooking, and baking.

Effie Hopkins

Distance Learning Consultant Manager

Effie is a lifelong resident of beautiful East Tennessee and can never imagine living anywhere else. Prior to working at RealEstateCE.com, she worked 15 years in the consumer finance industry. Her hobbies include crafting with her 2 nieces, reading, and spending time with her family. Effie and her husband share their home with 5 fur children, 2 dogs, and 3 cats. Effie’s favorite part of her job at RealEstateCE.com is interacting with the customers. Her customer service philosophy is to always treat others the way she would want to be treated.

Jeff Zanzinger

President

If you ask Jeff what he likes most in his life, he’d say, "my job". He loves computer programming, so he focused his energy on creating a robust learning management system for RealEstateCE.com back in 1998. Jeff maintained and then rewrote the lms in 2016 for today's technology and marketplace. Jeff's second hobby is woodworking. His favorite food is Tabasco Habanero sauce. For fun, he takes his 3 dogs on pack runs through the countryside, while he rides his dirt bike.

Shelby Wilcox

Operations

Shelby is a Florida native who has been living in beautiful East Tennessee for over 10 years. Prior to starting with RealEstateCE.com, she spent 20 years in banking, working general ledger accounts and process improvement initiatives. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her husband on their farm and riding horses. Her farm family consists of two dogs, five cats, four horses, and two mini horses.

Katrina Journeaux

Distance Learning Consultant

Katrina obtained her Real Estate license in 2016 and shortly after started working for RealEstateCE.com. She married in 2002 and has four wonderful children and two amazing grandchildren. She was raised in Tennessee and was often found on stage, singing in vocal competitions. She received a vocal scholarship and studied Music Business at Belmont University. In her spare time she still loves to surround herself with music, singing with friends from around the world. She has four kitties and a bearded dragon. She loves our customers and is committed to giving them the best service and experience possible.

Christina Roberts

Web Designer

Christina is a homebody that was raised in Washington State. She holds a B.A. in Creative Media and Digital Culture from Washington State University's Digital Technology and Culture Program: emphasis Web Design. When she was 15, she opened a sole-prop web design business and provided sundry web-related services to a diverse client base for almost 10 years. Christina's dabbled in running an e-zine and voice acting. Her favorite hot drink is roasted rice green tea and her favorite treat is dark, organic chocolate. In her spare time, she works on her novels, writes blog posts and produces tutorial videos about her interests, works on improving her digital painting skills, and builds computers. In 2015, Christina moved to Tennessee and lives with her beautiful long-hair tuxedo cat, Panda, and her family.

Danielle Redlinger

Distance Learning Consultant

Danielle grew up in Eastern Tennessee and recently moved to Knoxville after years away to be closer to family and friends. She enjoys all the things this beautiful state has to offer, whether it be hiking in the beautiful Smoky Mountains or Tennessee Volunteers football. In her free time, Danielle enjoys gardening, music, decorating, and enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and Irish Setter "Sully". As a former mortgage loan originator, Danielle has experience with continuing education and knows the importance of being able to maintain your license for your livelihood. When it comes to customer service, she strives to keep customers happy by ensuring that their experience is as smooth and worry free as possible when it comes to their CE.
