Licensees will be able to build relationships with their clients, by providing high level expertise and exceptional service. The licensee will have new knowledge of the importance and effects of proper documentation as well as being able to avoid acts that could be considered misrepresentation. We have included an ethics course that will satisfy the NAR requirement. It is a systematic guide to understanding ethical dilemmas related to everyday real estate practice with appropriate actions and expected decision-making processes. A licensee who understands the concepts and values put forth by the Code of Ethics is better prepared to work with the client on the day-to-day issues that arise in the process of any real estate transaction. The knowledge shared in the course will assist the licensee to help the consumer understand the laws and the processes of property ownership.
