CE Requirement:

12 hours of continuing education. Courses must include:

  • 3 hours CT Real Estate Law Review and Fair Housing Part 1
  • 3 hours CT Real Estate Law Review and Fair Housing Part 2
  • 6 hours of Electives

Real Estate Professionals will obtain knowledge about Millennials' life experiences, educational choices, career decisions, values, and housing needs. They will gain an understanding of how Millennials compare to older generations in terms of upbringing, attitudes, core values, key characteristics, and work values. Licensee’s will also have the ability to develop marketing, sales, and workplace strategies that appeal to millennial clients and employees. The real estate professional will also be able to identify the potential customers, scams, and techniques of predatory lending and mortgage fraud with this ce package.
