Rosalind (Roz) Allemond, DREI, CDE
Rosalind (Roz) Allemond, DREI, CDEI. Roz lives and works in Alexandria, Louisiana, and has been an active real estate licensee since 1984, joining the profession in Maryland, furthering her education and training in Colorado, and is Past President of the Central Louisiana Board of Realtors®. Roz began her climb up the Real Estate ladder earning her Broker’s license in 1987 and numerous prestigious awards through the years including the CENTURY 21 International Centurion Award. She is a 2008 graduate of the Five Star Institute of Dallas, Texas, as well as a participant at several SCEG and TRETA Instructor Development Workshops as well as the Louisiana Realtors® Leadership Course. In recent years, she has also served as a Director, Secretary, Treasurer and President on several Realtors® and Educators Boards including being a member of the 2011 Louisiana Real Estate Commission Education Committee.
Roz holds the coveted DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor) Designation through REEA (Real Estate Educators’ Association) and is a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CEDI) through IDECC (The International Distance Education Certification Center). She has been a keynote speaker at a REEA conference, as well as “5 Star Conferences” in Dallas, Texas. She has authored and taught pre-licensing, post licensing, and continuing education courses throughout Louisiana and has delivered onsite presentations in several states focusing on REO properties and “train the trainer” opportunities.
Jorge began pursuing his “passion” for real estate when he became a Broker and then obtained a Mortgage Loan Originator license.
His drive is fueled by seeing his students succeed in every aspect of their license whether its through his pre, post or continuing education classes. He shares the experience he gains as a Managing Broker with students at several real estate schools and colleges in the Miami area.
Susan Davis, CDEI
Susan Davis was the founder and owner of AMERICAS BEST Distance Education. As the third ARELLO Certified distance education provider, she has been offering continuing education and licensing courses in distance education format since August 1999.
She served as the interim IDECC / ARELLO Director of Distance Education in 2012.
She has been a licensed real estate broker and REALTOR® since January 1971. At various stages of her career in real estate, she has specialized in investment properties, exchanges, the sale of businesses, discount brokerage and has managed 30 offices for a real estate franchise.
Currently she is licensed as a real estate broker in Washington and was previously licensed in California and Colorado. She holds lifetime teaching credentials, for real estate subjects, in the California Community College system. With a background in magazine editing, freelance writing, newspaper columnist and special features writer, she was also the producer and host of REAL TALK on REAL ESTATE, a 30-minute cable television show that aired in Southern California.
Stephen Etzel, CDEI
Stephen is a licensed Broker in Texas. He is a Certified Distance Education Instructor and currently teaches in Texas and Oklahoma. A few of his specialties are exam prep, farm and ranch, property management, finance, broker responsibilities, ethics and law.
Coura Gaye-Sow, CDEI, CRS, ABR
Coura was born in Senegal, West Africa. She studied Political Science and Foreign Languages in France and spent several years working in the pharmaceutical business.
Upon moving to the United States with her family and purchasing her first home she fell in love with the Real Estate industry. She specializes in suburban rental income property investments close to NYC.
Since 2006 she has been the designated real estate agent for the state of New Jersey for the United Nations real estate symposium held twice a year at their headquarters in New York. She is a five time recipient of the Circle of Excellence Sales Award.
Currently Coura lives in New Jersey and is a licensed broker in NJ, NY, and FL and has recently branched into sharing her knowledge by teaching real estate courses.
Walt Hennessee, CDEI
Walt obtained his real estate license in 1996 and has pursued a successful career in real estate sales and management. He is currently the Owner/Broker of Zeriss Realty LLC a full service residential and commercial brokerage; Qualifying Broker for Custom Property Management, LLC, and Administrator of Zeriss Institute, a real estate school approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission. He was Managing Broker for one of the largest Real Estate companies in north Alabama for a period of 8 years. He became a Certified Real Estate Instructor and a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) and has developed Continuing Education courses for agents. He currently serves on the Board of AREEA (Alabama Real Estate Education Assn.) and is the immediate past president.
Ulrich began his pursuit of real estate as a salesperson in one of the nation’s toughest markets: Detroit. He earned his Broker designation and began his career as a HUD Realty Specialist and progressed through the ranks quickly to become Contracting Officer, Chief of the Single Family Housing Division, and finally, Chief Property Officer.
After a successful career with HUD, Ulrich opened his own real estate brokerage headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. He also hosted his own radio program, "The Cash Flow Dynamo™". A live call-in real estate show that provided answers to buying, selling and investment questions on Florida's First Coast and hosted his own TV program Home Game Jacksonville discussing buying, selling and investing on Florida’s First Coast.
Additionally, he is an Adjunct Professor with Florida State College at Jacksonville, Faculty member of the Realtors® Institute of the Florida Realtors® where he served as past chairperson of the Affordable Housing Opportunity Task Force, and the Grievance Committee. Currently he serves on the Forms Taskforce and the Education Committee.
Liz Loadholt CDEI
Liz Loadholt, aka "Mama Liz" Loadholt, has been involved in the real estate industry since 1976 first as a sales associate, then an coowner/broker-in-charge, then co-owner of a Coldwell Banker franchise, then employee of Corporate Coldwell Banker, then and now co-founder of The AgentOwned Realty. She and her husband, Boyd Loadholt, have always worked as a team. They live in Mt Pleasant SC (a suburb of Charleston SC). Liz has written several courses for SC continuing education, served on the committee to write a CORE course for the SC Real Estate Commission, and served on a committee to re-work the real estate license laws for SC. She is certified to teach 18 courses for SC continuing education and also is designated by IDEC as a Certified Distance Education Instructor.
Liz holds a BS in Mathematics from Winthrop University and currently is brokerincharge of 4 offices for AgentOwned Realty as well as serving as its Relocation Director & Trainer. Her hobbies include: her grandchildren (3), Shagging (the SC State Dance) with Boyd & social networking.
A breast cancer survivor (7 years now), Liz’s special interests include Breast Cancer Research, Cancer Research & Local community charities.
Lynnell Morgan CRB, CDEI
With over 18 years real estate experience in both California and Washington, Ms. Morgan is an author for RealEstateCE.com. Ms. Morgan was the managing broker for many firms including RE/MAX and several real estate start-up companies including Redfin. Ms. Morgan's professional education includes a degree in Business Management from the University of Oregon, a member of the Council for Real Estate Brokerage Managers and a Certified Distance Education Instructor. Ms. Morgan was also one of the first agents to implement the concept of buyer representation (buyer's agency) in Washington State.
Sylvia Shelnutt, DREI, GRI, ABR, ABRM, CBR, E-PRO, RSHP
Sylvia Shelnutt is the Originator of the training series: Real Estate in a “NUTT-SHEL”. Real Estate in a “NUTT-SHEL” is a series of classes available for continuing education credit to renew a real estate license in Georgia. These courses were created from her experiences as a salesperson, broker and, real estate trainer. Sylvia's training topic specialties are business building and management, buyer agency, risk reduction, cultural diversity and personal and professional skills training for agents.
