Roster Reporting Procedures for Texas
Upon completion of all the course steps, a certificate will immediately, and always be available for printing from your account.
Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) rules require that the Continuing Education (CE) deferral fee of $200 be paid by the license holder upon filing a renewal application if TREC records do not reflect completion of CE requirements.
License holders will need to complete their education well in advance of their renewal date to allow providers time to submit CE course completion records to TREC. RealEstateCE.com reports course completions to TREC the next business day following the completion of a course.
Continuing education credits will be transmitted electronically to the TREC the following business day after course completion. It takes an average of 7-10 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates your license and/or updates their website with the hours.
