Roster Reporting Procedures for Kansas
Upon completion of all the course steps, a certificate will immediately, and always be available for printing from your account.
Continuing education credits will be reported to the Kansas Real Estate Commission's (KREC) the following business day after course completion. It takes an average of 10 to 14 business days from the time we report your hours before the KREC updates your license and/or updates their website with the hours. Continuing education hours are NOT electronically transferred to the KREC's website. Instead, schools are required to report the student's attendance by emailing the certificate to KREC. If you wait until the last two weeks of the renewal period to complete continuing education to renew an active license with an "SP" or "BR" license number prefix, you should NOT opt to renew online, but instead download the paper renewal form and have it postmarked by the renewal due date.Kansas Real Estate Commission
