Roster Reporting Procedures for Connecticut
Upon completion of all the course steps, a certificate will immediately, and always be available for printing from your account.
Your continuing education credits will be transmitted electronically to the Department of Consumer Protection the following business day. It takes an average of 2-4 business days from the time we report your ce hours before the Department updates your license and/or updates their website with the ce hours.
You should renew your license on or before your expiration date to avoid penalties. You can renew your license online using the State of Connecticut eLicensing Website. You will be asked to "Login" by entering the user id and password they provided on the renewal notice.Department of Consumer Protection
