Are there any subject area requirements for Oklahoma Real Estate CE?

Broker Associate and Sales Associates

  • Broker Relationships Act (BRA): 1 CE hour
  • Code and Rules (CAR): 1 CE hour
  • Contracts and Forms (CON): 1 CE hour
  • Fair Housing (FHR): 1 CE hour
  • Hot topic (HOT): 1 CE hour
  • Professional Conduct (PSC): 1 CE hour
  • Electives: 15 CE hours

Branch Broker, Broker Proprietor and Managing Broker

  • Broker-In-Charge Course: 15 CE hours
  • Remaining 6 CE hours must be in two of the following six categories, or 1 CE hour in each:
    • Broker Relationships Act (BRA)
    • Code and Rules (CAR)
    • Contracts and Forms (CON)
    • Fair Housing (FHR)
    • Hot topic (HOT)
    • Professional Conduct (PSC)
Any Broker who holds or has held a license type of Broker Manager (BM), Proprietor Broker (BP), or Branch Broker (BB) during any portion of their current license term are required to successfully complete the Broker in Charge course as approved by the Commission consisting of fifteen (15) clock hours, or its equivalent, as approved by the Commission, each license term. WebCE does not currently offer the 15-hour Broker in Charge course.

When does Oklahoma Real Estate CE have to be completed?

Every three years within the initial month of licensure.

Can Real Estate CE courses be repeated?

Courses cannot be repeated more than once in a 3 year license term.

What are the WebCE Oklahoma Real Estate CE course requirements?

  • WebCE courses are classified as online education courses.
  • Students must read the course material and answer each set of end-of-chapter quizzes with a score of at least 60 percent before taking an open-book, non-monitored final exam.
  • Exam passing score: 75%
  • If the final exam is not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.

What is the access period for WebCE Oklahoma Real Estate CE courses?

12 months from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise posted on the course description page and student dashboard.

How often does WebCE report Oklahoma Real Estate CE course completions?

Every business day to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. It takes up to 10 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates their website.

Does WebCE supply a certificate of completion for Oklahoma Real Estate CE courses?

Online PDF certificates of completion are available to print immediately after the final exam is passed.

What are the Oklahoma Real Estate CE requirements for non-residents?

Non-resident licensees that maintain a current license in another state must complete 3 CE hours every three years.
