Associate Brokers & Salespersons

  • Required: 24 CE hours (WebCE doesn't currently offer the Required courses)
  • Electives: 21 CE hours

Responsible Brokers

  • Required: 24 CE hours (WebCE doesn't currently offer the Required courses)
  • Broker Management: 8 CE hours (WebCE doesn't currently offer the 8 hour Broker Management course)
  • Electives: 21 CE hours

When does Wyoming Real Estate CE have to be completed?

12/31 triennially

Can Real Estate CE courses be repeated?

Courses cannot be repeated more than once in a 3 year license term.

Can Real Estate CE course hours carry over to the next renewal cycle?

Excess credit hours may not be carried forward to the next license term.

What is the Wyoming Real Estate license renewal process?

Renew your license on or before your expiration date to avoid penalties. The Commission requires a copy of your course completion certificates.

What are the WebCE Wyoming Real Estate CE course requirements?

  • WebCE courses are classified as online distance education courses.
  • Students will not be able to complete the course until the student’s time in the course equals the number of approved credit hours for the course. Students must read the course material and answer each set of end-of-chapter quizzes with a score of at least 65 percent.
  • Final exams are not required for CE.
  • If the end-of-chapter quiz is not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.

What is the access period for WebCE Wyoming Real Estate CE courses?

12 months from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise posted on the course description page and student dashboard.

How often does WebCE report Wyoming Real Estate CE course completions?

Every business day to the Wyoming Real Estate Commission. It may take up to 4 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates their website.

Does WebCE supply a certificate of completion for Wyoming Real Estate CE courses?

Online PDF certificates of completion are available to print immediately after the course is completed.

What are the Wyoming Real Estate CE requirements for non-residents?

Non-residents are required to complete Wyoming continuing education.
