Millennials are now the largest and second youngest generation in the country. They have also become the largest generation in the workforce and the largest group of home buyers. As such, they are impacting the real estate industry's marketing and sales methods, design strategies, and workplace policies and practices. This course provides information about Millennials' demographics, lifestyles, and values. It also provides strategies for effectively marketing and selling homes to Millennials as well as successfully working with them in the challenging and changing real estate industry.
