The course describes how brokers can use the Act's principles to provide the public information about their services, duties and role so that all parties can make the most beneficial decisions for their position in the transaction. Chapter two discusses common areas of concern for regulators and how licensees may increase risk management by utilizing proper disclosures during a transaction.
