Nearly 50 years later, housing discrimination still plagues people from many walks of life. Real estate professionals who develop business practices that ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and address diversity issues will help combat this intractable problem and create stronger, more lucrative businesses. This course provides information about the Fair Housing Act and members of protected classes under the Act. It also describes practices for complying with fair housing laws and strategies for using diversity to grow a real estate business.
