3.0 Core B Hours

This course is designed to help real estate professionals understand residential property management functions and responsibilities. It explores professional opportunities in property management, as well as information about career and business options. Property management functions are explored by discussing administrative, financial, and marketing responsibilities. The course covers building relationships with a property's stakeholders; risk management; and maintenance operations. It also examines the federal, state, and local laws that govern property management practices by examining several laws including disclosure, anti-discrimination, employment, and landlord-tenant regulations.
