The consumer today is hungry for information concerning the process of buying and selling real property. When a licensee has successfully completed this course and begun to consciously utilize the power of social media marketing, the consumer will have the great benefit of being able to tap into the knowledge of the real estate licensee thru a variety of social channels.
This course is not about the technical details of how to use social media. The material is concentrated on why you should use the free platforms available to locate and expand your market. We investigate the technology available to be used to leverage your voice, connect, and create relationships. It’s all about the fundamental shift of how people are communicating – the way this affects how and what and when they buy.
This course also provides strategies for effectively marketing and selling homes to Millennials as well as successfully working with them in the challenging and changing real estate industry.
Participants will obtain knowledge about Millennials' life experiences, educational choices, career decisions, values, and housing needs. They will gain an understanding of how Millennials compare to older generations in terms of upbringing, attitudes, core values, key characteristics, and work values. They will also have the ability to develop marketing, sales, and workplace strategies that appeal to millennial clients and employees.
