Acquire the knowledge to recognize conflict and the techniques used to resolve them with this complete ce renewal package. You will learn how to resolve conflicts with tenants like rent payment issues and additional occupancy violations, the methods used for resolving conflicts with employees, how tenants form unions to protect their rights and take action against negligent or uninformed landlords/property managers, about the basic tenant rights to habitable living environments, privacy, accommodation for disabilities, maintenance and repairs, and return of security deposits, and learn about the property managers' fiduciary responsibility to their clients.

This package will also help the real estate professional have a better understanding of the most commonly made mistakes in the real estate profession and how to avoid them. Another course in this package will review the history of fair housing legislation and examine current regulations set forth by the government to ensure equal rights in housing for all. Case Law is examined as examples of how the law relates to reality.
