Tiny Homes plus Ethics & Core- what more could you want. This package includes Ethics which is needed for the NAR 2018 requirement.

Gain knowledge about tiny houses, gain insight into the tiny house movement and lifestyle and learn about several other forms of alternative housing. This information can help them develop a more comprehensive view of the housing market. In addition, participants will learn about marketing and sales techniques that they can apply to selling tiny and other forms of housing. This package also includes an Ethics course that you can use to satisfy the NAR requirement too. Ethics covers concepts of duties to clients/customers as well as the duties to the public and duties to REALTORS®. The real estate professional will have a better understanding of the Code of Ethics and how to apply it to their day to day activities.
