KY 6.0 hours The Millennials - How it Works
This package provides strategies for effectively marketing and selling homes to Millennials as well as successfully working with them in the challenging and changing real estate industry.
6 hours of continuing education. Courses must include:

- 3 hours of Electives
Obtain knowledge about Millennials' life experiences, educational choices, career decisions, values, and housing needs. Gain an understanding of how Millennials compare to older generations in terms of upbringing, attitudes, core values, key characteristics, and work values. And you will also have the ability to develop marketing, sales, and workplace strategies that appeal to millennial clients and employees.
